Had to do a little dance...barely exercising I've managed to lose 12 lbs now....wish I could see more progress, but at least that's 12 lbs not sitting on my joints right now. Lost half inch here, quarter inch there...but it adds up.
Another sign of progress....MY JEANS ARE GETTING BAGGIER!!!!!!!
