Ok, question for you ladies. My gym doesn't have a squat rack so it looks like I can either choose a smith machine or would have to lift lighter to actually get the weight over my head on my shoulder. What should I use? What are my options? Thanks!

Alright so I picked up the book yesterday-it is great. I am going to transition from my 5X5 stronglift program to Stage 1-which should be an easy transition. What is the training schedule for the c25k? I have tried other running programs but always hit a roadblock when it becomes all running. My goals are to eat at a deficit and 5 days at the gym lifting and a bit of cardio

Only a small decrease for me (likely all the Halloween Candy). I am still struggling on the weekends and with the kids candy in the house. Hi Not sure what kind of exercises the Dr did ok? Are you able to swap out the higher intensity running and dancing for walking until you are recovered?

Great article. I am sure I will keep going back to it. I am still not in ketosis (I think ). I have been on this a full week. Any suggestions? Also I work out 4-5 times a week, I shouldn't carb up until I enter ketosis and am out of the induction phase right?
