88-93 is my goal, around 100 now. Was 144 at highest, 88lbs 7 mths ago, gained abt 10 since. Was happy with my body in that range, so now im back counting to get back down :)

5'0, to maintain around 90-93lbs (my ideal) around 1300, im currently closer to 100. Im having trouble maintaining >.<

how long have you been at it? and what have you been eating at consistently to loose. for me, 200cals difference will make me gain for sure. so it depends on what weight you are at. I'd say gaining immediately after loosing is a bit strange, but it could be normal weight fluctuations.

I definitely eat breakfast everyday, within two hours of waking. It makes me less hungry for lunch and so i eat less at lunch. Unless, i wake up really close to lunchtime, in which case i only eat lunch. I don't think you should -force- yourself to eat breakfast though. maybe something small? i usually eat a granola bar or…

I *officially* git my goal weight this morning, but have not been necessarily trying to loose weight for the past few weeks. :) hardest part for me is having to eat more, I'm afraid I will gain all the weight back.

College does That, but a calorie deficit amd determination is all it takes. Its worked so far for me. Just portion out snacks :)

Im also supposed to be loosing 2lbs a week but i only loose about 1. Its pretty normal :)

Thanks everyone! I am not overweight am not yet happy with the way I look so I think Il keep going until I am happy with the way I look, and stop before I look too skinny, whichever comes first :)

Counting calories is what i find most efficient :)

I kinda know how you feel. I am pretty happy with my body right now except my arms. Your arms look great though! But if you feel conscious about them, so some weight training :) good luck!
