lol what? body hair is completely natural and there is no reason to remove it other than personal preference.

I have a serious starbucks addiction. I usually get a skinny caramel macchiatto or skinny vanilla latte.

I was at 160, did a lot of yo-yoing and am at 133~ right now. I'd like to lose at least another ten pounds. Oh and I'm 5'6".

The smaller Supreme Protein bars are my favorite. 190 calories each and tasty! You should go to a Vitamin Shoppe or other similar store and buy a couple different individual bars to try!

Use a heat protectant on the days you style with heat. I style with heat nearly every day and Nexxus' heat spray has helped protect my hair against split ends. Get trims often so that the hair that is growing is healthy. I only shampoo the roots (though obviously this rinses down onto the rest of my hair) because just my…
