Need a Good Protein Shake Recommendation

Hi - I have a very specific request. I want a protein powder mix that is the absolute lowest in fat and calories that it can possibly be, and highest in protein as it can possibly be. I don't care if it tastes like ****. Seriously. If it's gross that is ok. I just want it to be protein-y and low cal/fat.

I'd prefer soy protein powder (I know you get fewer protein grams, that's ok ultimately, but I'll take recommendations for both), so if you can recommend that (or both kinds) that would be FANTABULOUS.
