Balance in all things. Just keep it within your calorie limits and you'll be fine. I don't drink (any more) but it applies to this as well as anything else.

I would be underweight if I were to weigh what I did in HS... (I was not then @ 180 lbs)... I just have a bit more muscle mass now than I did then. At any rate. Congrats and best wishes on attaining your ultimate goals.

At that height... it will be difficult to lose and maintain 1200 calories or more. Exercise does not have to be "exercise"... Find some activity that you like to do and it can be fun.. Just move. Much easier that way.

Probably a glitch. If you post after midnight for the day prior, sometimes it will not post. I have accidentally, hit the post button prematurely at like 600-700 calories before and it would post. I do agree that it is not good to go under 1200 calories per day in most cases, unless you are really short in stature.
