Hi there. Sorry they are not showing well on Kindle I will let the publisher know seeing your post I'm figuring your done or just about done by now. I will put that on this list of things to add to the website for others like yourself. How did the plan work for you?

Oh.. Girl. I'm so sorry to hear that. Sorry I didn't see this earlier; I was out of town. Is everything okay now?

For accurate calories everything gets logged under "cardio" I normally log: interval training for Blast Pilates for Firm high intensity cardio for Burn When I remember I wear a heart rate monitor and just plug in the calories off of that. Hope that helped! Amy

Try tofu, also beans, lean turkey bacon. I love sautéed spinach and peppers for breakfast.

Hi Cinbeth, The book is an actual step-by-step process of living out the 6 weeks including diet and exercise. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. The phrase "skinny jeans" can mean any clothing that no longer fits, it's not necessarily fashion "skinny jeans." Everyone's journey is different your skinny jeans…

Great job!!!:flowerforyou:

If you are just using it as a thickener (so it's in small amounts) you should be okay.

Yes.

Hi Sammy, You will get 110% of what you put in to the program. Most people that I know personally have lost up to 5 pounds the first week. Track your food and workouts like it's your new religion. I look forward to following your progress. Make sure to post on FB / sixweekstoskinnyjeans. Amy

Yes, but remember you're not having any of those things during the first three weeks anyway. You wouldn't be adding in the whole wheat (if you could have it) until week 4. Best of luck! Go rock it!! Amy

What's in the book is the very most generic form. Set your goals here on MyFitnessPal and then go by those. They are taking into account your age, weight, gender and activity level. Go get'um...! Amy

Great job!!! Frippa78!!!! You're rocking. So proud of you. :flowerforyou: amy

Popcorn is corn, so I would go ahead a leave it out until you are done with both phases. Feel free to have it (without butter) as a snack when you're in the "Moving On" phase - last chapter.

No, I'm saying that at all. I'm saying if you absolutely don't have time to eat before running out the door -- it's better to take a shake with you than not to eat at all. If your life is crazy like mine sometimes that's all you can do. Also, when eating so clean some people have trouble getting in enough calories. It's a…

bamababe42, For right now just watch the calories and drink... drink... drink... that water. Amy

Hi Lisa! Welcome. So glad you decided to take this journey with us. To answer your question you can have shakes as long as they fit within your plan. I like the Visalus shakes because they are not chalked full of sugar and preservatives. If you can drink a shake that fits the plan with either water or low-fat milk -- go…

HI Megs, I would watch the granola bars they are normally really high in sugars and REALLY high in fat. I would wait until melt to have them, if you need a quick snack. :-) Amy

Hi Kelsea, You've got this girl. The fact that you recognize that you've been making bad choices in the past --- you're a lot further than a over half of the U.S population. Keep your eye on the prize -- think before you eat or drink -- make the best choices possible -- keep moving. Walk to classes, take the stairs, go to…

Hi Laura, Great question! Here's what I personally do. Blast: I log this as weight training [although its still listed under cardio] Firm: I log as Pilates Burn: I will usually log this as either interval training If you are using a heart rate monitor that does calorie burn then you'd just log in what your watch says.…

You could do Canadian Bacon wraps. Take lettuce leafs - put some non-fat refried beans in them along with some of the bacon. You can get creative as you like with breakfast - staying within the plan. You could also take the bacon and roll them up with some low-fat laughing cow cheese. You could do cottage cheese with…

Yes, this is your journey. If you're feeling great and can stick with it -- knock it out of the park girls! Amy
