It is dependent on the person's current fitness, but it is doable. I have lost 29 lbs in the last 10 weeks. Started off at 220, and I am now at 191. I was already physically active, but I made some significant dietary changes. Cut out all alcohol, drank more water, and closely monitored my caloric intake. I do strength…

My wife does that because she has a hard time drinking a lot of water. Seems like a waste of good fruit to me. Gets soggy.

Form on all the exercises with SL are the same as for men.

A wet paper towel. ETA: You never want to use soap or put it in a dishwasher. This will remove the 'seasoning' and you have to go thru the nutroll of reseasoning it. I've had my skillet for 10 years and it has never seen soap.

Those juices pack some flavor!

I was only joshing you but I stand by what I said. You cut into a steak it is going to cause the juices to come out. No way around it.

While we are on the subject you should also: o let steak come to room temp before cooking o only season with kosher/sea salt and fresh ground pepper. This is what creates your "crust" o don't poke or prod it with anything. You can check doneness by pushing against the meat with your finger.

You, good sir, have no knowledge of what you speak. If you prefer your steak dry and bland then by all means cut that sucker up into a million pieces and throw it in a pan. Shouldn't affect the flavor, right? Please turn in your man card on your way out.

Can't get the beautiful, tasty char on the outside, while keeping a juicy, warm red center using a Foreman. Therefore it is inferior.

This post made me sad. Never cut into a steak while still cooking to check doneness. This will cause all the juices to come out. You also want the steak to "rest" for about 10 mins before cutting.

Wish I could put my game cams out where I hunt. One of the few things you have to deal with on a Army post.
-
Ugh. It's almost hunting season here. I always end up with a few on me until it gets cold enough to kill em off.

 I left a cup under my truck seat for a week in the summer. I know that smell. I soaked it in bleach water and scrubbed the crap out of it. I then ran it in the dishwasher for a few cycles and its good to go.

Deadlifts and barbell rows will do wonders for strengthening your back. I recommend a good starter program like Stronglifts 5X5. It focuses on compound movements, like squats/deadlifts, and the gradual progression really helps.

Just had PB2 with chocolate blue bell ice cream last night. So good.

I do have a digital scale and I measure some food in ounces. It's a form of measurement so I fail to see how it wouldn't be accurate.
-
Meh. It's not a completely inaccurate statement that the body can't detoxify itself. Your immune, respitory, and excretory system all are efficient at removing or keeping out SOME toxins. The liver is an amazing detoxifier but I agree damage can be done when it is overloaded.

Ummm....my scale at home has an 'ounce' setting. So how is that not accurate?

You sleep? I find no time to sleep since I spend most of my time lifting. Sleep is a crutch.

Cycling if you own a bike or can borrow one. It doesn't work all the same muscles as swimming but it is a low impact form of cardio.
