IMO the thread needs to be changed to "LOST" and not "ONLY lost." Whether it's a pound or over a hundred pounds, you should be proud!!! Great job on whatever you have lost! BTW, I love the topic and I am really enjoying reading what everyone's accomplishments have been....

I slice them like potato chips and place them on a cookie sheet. I sprinkle olive oil on them, sea salt and pepper and bake. I sometimes sprinkle cayenne pepper on them as well. My kids love them, especially cold the next day.

Blue cheese crumbles - one of my favorites. I top a burger with them (I skip the bun). I love them in salads, too, and on nachos. A salad with cut up chicken breast with Frank's hot buffalo wing sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles is a frequent meal for me. The taste of chicken wings without the deep frying.

I am addicted to chia seeds! My favorite way to eat them is in the fresh grapefruit cups - YUM. A friend of mine that told me about them is a runner and said it helps her to stay hydrated. She also drinks them on the golf course in green tea. I have yet to find a bad thing said about them....
