Fage

I use my fage for sour cream, it's incredible.
I also use it to make protein shakes. Unsweetened almond milk, a scoop of my ON protein powder, the yogurt and then a tablespoon [sometimes less, sometimes more] of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix. Also add sugar/sweetener to taste. I throw it all in the blender.
I will add mixed fruits in there as well. For some reason I've been wanting to put some peanut butter in it...I might try that this week for breakfast.0 -
I had no idea what Fage was until I came into this thread. I thought it was a fancy term for fitness-rage
That would work too.
Fage - fitness rage
Someone cut me off in last weekends marathon and put me off my pace and into a fage.0 -

I am addicted to Fage Cherry yogurt! I gotta have it! I like it straight out of the carton or with a sliced banana and a 1/4 cup of walnuts stirred in! I love the texture and the flavor of the cherry!0

It's my favorite. I've tried all the rest and I always go back to Fage. My favorite way to eat it is with fresh berries ( raspberries, blueberries, boysenberries and strawberries in particular ) with a sprinkling of raw brown sugar over the top (1/4 of a teaspoon at the most). I use it to replace sour cream too.0

Full-fat Fage with honey and almonds is what I eat. Roasted almonds even better!0

Sometimes I just add a packet of Splenda for sweetness. I also love to put fresh pineapple in it and add some of the pineapple juice, and it flavors it just enough.0
