I watch calories on things that I eat and try to go low cal but honestly I could not tell you how many calories a day I eat. I think some days good and some not so good. My pants were so loose that they kept sliding down so I had to drill an extra hole in my belt to tighten them up. I think one time years ago I drilled a hole in my belt but it was because it was too tight :(
