When I use to have those I wanna eat cuz I'm bored moments I would just get myself busy with a hobby of some kind and it would take my mind off it.

I only workout at home and the only stuff I have is ankle/wrist weights.

1. About the beginning of December(2011) 2. Crunches, squats, pushups. then about 30mins of cardio.(been doing all this for about a month now. Just started off with about 10-15mins of cardio a day.) 3. Just started counting cals about a week ago, but i try to stay around 1200. 4. lost 27pounds so far, woot woot.

wow looking great after just 20 pounds lost! Keep it up. And you say "it's only 20pounds" but look at you, you should be proud! I know when I got to my 25pound mini-goal I went nuts lol.

I weigh myself every morning, but do a "official weigh-in" once a week.

I'm so in! This sounds like fun!!!! Starting weight is 295, by the end of the month I would like to be down to 283 so 12pounds lost. Goodluck everyone we can do it!
