Know how you feel! Alately just too much going on that I just can't focus myself, I know what I need to do and the key to success for me anyway is planning and sticking to the plan! Really you need to know your BMR, fitness frog is a good site to go on to calculate you BMR. I'm 5'6.5 weigh 168.9lbs and my BMR is 1607cals these are the calories I'd need to just sit on my backside and do nothing everyday. So I've set my net cals to 1500 as a base mark.

I love swimming, I swim 3 times a week, breast stroke 50 lengths of 33metre pool in 60 mins, aiming to do 60 lengths in 60 minutes :) I also to Aqua Zumba once a week and Bodypump. When on holiday I snorkel and feed the fish can't beat it!

I find when I do a hard workout I get restless legs and DOMS for around 4 days/nights , I work earlies and up at 5am on some nights feel like I get no sleep at all. I have found that if I get my OH to give my legs a deep massage before I go to sleep it doesn't seem as bad.

At my heaviest I was a 38E I'm now 36DD and at goal I should be a D cup (been at goal before so know this :) I just ignore the extra weight of them my goal is for me as a whole.
