MMMMM! I had: Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Links (3 for 120 cal.) 2 Large Egg whites (cooked) (34 cal) Orieda Southern Style Potatoes (2/3 cup for 70 cal.) 1/2 tbls of olive oil (68 cal.) That would still be wrong hunny! If you said you run 1/4 of a mile in 10 min. then you'd run 1 mile in 40 min. and 2 miles in 80 min. which would mean you were walking the track at 2mph.

you logged it in wrong is all you did. If you run 1/4 of a mile in 10 min. you couldn't possibly be running at 10mph for a 6 min. mile. Do you see? If you run 1/4 of a mile in 10 min. then you would run a mile in 40 min and 2 miles in 80 min. Thus you would be jogging at an extremely light effort I for example run a mile…

Ooooo! Do you donate Power Red at the blood center and if so does that burn more calories because it's 2 extra units? Do you get dizzy or have lack of oxygen? Just curious because that is fascinating!

I may have an evil thyroid, but I haven't been tested yet. It runs in the family, but I am having the same problem as you. Losing only 10 pounds a year and yet I am losing inches, just not actual pounds :frown: I understand you completely

Pizza and Pasta definately oh and Sushi, put those anywhere near me and the whole thing might be gone. I try to limit it, but still allow myself them once and awhile, just not a lot. :drinker:

Yea I've heard rolling a dice in the morning and then whatever it lands on that day that's how many calories you eat: 1=1200 2=1300 3=1400 4=1500 5=1600 6=1800 7=1900 8=2000 I think I should start that tomorrow because I have everything situated for my calories for today. :drinker:

yea it will eventually stop when your body know's it can survive with less food. Just be patient with yourself and if you just feel like absolute crap give yourself a piece of bread or something to balance the emotions out. :drinker:

it could also be waste..... like poop! hehehe! I do the same thing. I just took Anatomy and Physiology and you only expel like 1% of the water you drink or something like that. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I just know that when I don't drink a lot of water the day before and I weigh myself before I eat or drink…

I tried relaxing yesterday and I didn't go over my calories, I'm still sick today, but I don't feel like eating which I suppose is a good thing. Prioritize, good idea. yea at first it told me to eat 1200 calories so I switched my preferences to lose 1 pound a week and it gave me 1370 per day. I like it way more! It's amazing the difference 170 calories can make!
