Try some of the Morningstar Farms soy-protein products... they're really tasty. I've been eating them for years! Grillers (veggie burgers), Breakfast Patties, and Griller Crumbers (ground beef substitute) are some of my favorites.

I bought an MP3 running program called "4 Weeks to 1 Mile", and just completed it on Thursday! Each week has a different program that you listen to while running (the guy tells you when to run and when to walk) and by the end, your stamina should have built up to the point where you can run 1 mile non-stop.
