I agree with some the comments of Carbs and lowering your calorie intake a little. Some also mentioned no eating back all your calories you have burned during exercise.

I learned this trick while watching THE BIGGEST LOSER. Ask them to scrape off the extra bread when they cut it in half and then ask for extra meat. I usually do turkey. But this way you are raplacing some of those bread calories with protein calories which will help you feel fuller longer without all the extra calories.

I am not a breakfast eater at all! I did start because like you said studies show..... But I found myself forcing to eat when I wasn't hungry. So now I eat something when I get hungry. But I do Have coffee.

What I find helps me is eating the same thing for a week. Example this week I am having homemade chilli for lunch and Chickenand green peppers quesadillas for Dinner. Just looked at your diary. try making you oatmeal with milk and adding fresh fruit to it like banana or blueberries. I would have natural peanut butter with my apple. make some guacamole to go with your chicken and rice. yum!
