Kind of in the same boat. Friends have fallen off or don't offer feedback any longer. Would like a fresh start as well... add me if you'd like!

I initially arrived at this post with many questions. They seemed somewhat answered... initially. As a beginner and someone who desires to begin a strength training regimen, I have had trouble "beginning" anything at all. There is an overload of information out there, and the above discussions seem to add to this confusion…

Beginner here... Am I understanding correctly that version #1 may require six to eight hours per week of gym work? Also, I see the schedule for each muscle group in #1, but what exercises, specifically should be performed. Lastly, is there a modified version for some of these exercises that might be helpful for someone…

Same here... I'm a night owl!

Early morning bro. Sometimes I get up at 4:30 to hit the pavement. I don't like to mess with my family time in the afternoons either. I can always catch up on some sleep... but it's tough to catch up on exercise.

Welcome to MFP. My goals are similar. My heaviest was 280. Shooting for 180. Down to 229. I take this community very serious and the support I receive as well. I've got a great group of people I surround myself with. If you want support and true accountability... add me. I won't let you down. I want to succeed, and I want…

Armor is necessary for a battle.. and we are in a battle! I can appreciate the 'gentle' side of the church, but we need warriors as well!

Started Paleo this year. Following the Primal Blueprint Plan. Loving everything about it! Down nearly 30 pounds since the start of the year. I've got a couple of Paleo friends on the site who have really helped me out. It takes a village! Feel free to add me. Don't have all the answers, and I am learning, but I love this…

Turning 40 this year. Watched too many in my family waddle down a road of poor health, sickness, and death. My mother, her father, and his mother all died of massive heart attacks in their 40's and mid 50's. I refuse to lay down and die so easily!!!

May we be obedient to God.

OOPS... sorry coach. I posted also today. Didn't see this. Was trying to help you out.... glad you're back!

Sharing love for one another fulfills the demands of God's law. It's His demand simplified. It's something expected and also something we are fully capable of. I love the Body of Christ. I always go back to Matthew 12:46-50, as Jesus addressed the crowd and a new definition of who our family was came from that experience.…
