I have found it pretty easy to convert any recipe to a healthy one by just swapping out fatty things for fat-free or heathier choices. For example use unsweetened apple sauce instead of oil in sweet treats like brownies. Use lean hamburger or ground turkey, fat free chicken broth or vegetarian broth, etc....

Do you burn calories if you mount said bird feeder and if so do you eat the burned calories back and do you have to do it before 8:30 p.m.? Can you count the water in the bird bath towards your water intake if it is in a bird bath instead of a glass? lol Oh yeah... ~ BUMP

I think it depends on why you don't like them. Is it the texture, the taste, the look, etc. When you figure that out, mix things up a bit. For example if you don't like the texture of scrambled eggs, try poaching or frying them. If you don't like the taste, add salsa, veggies, low-fat cheese or cream cheese. Also try…
