Dried fruit and nuts, different types, macadania, now raw hazelnuts, mixed nuts, dry roasted. I love nuts, the dried fruit is just to keep me from eating too many nuts.

I was a big time druggie and I hung out with the freaks. This was in the '70s so we knew how to party! I'm lucky that I am alive today. If I could do it all over again, I'd skip the drugs, study and I'd hang out with the kids that I considered "not cool" because they were the smart ones. Do you think I have regrets?

I'm happy for your chickens too! I have 4 and I'd hate for them to be sick. I am happy that I can afford a house, healthy food, to support my 2 adult kids and all my animals. I'm happy that I am pretty healthy and so is my family and my animals

According to who? or is it whom? It's the portion size that can make them high calorie. A bacon cheeseburger and a large fries is a high calorie meal, or fried fish with fried plantains and cheesecake for dessert, or a phillie cheesesteak with provalone cheese on a 12" roll.
