I agree with this. I have spent my life having to spell my name for people-not to mention people thought I had a speech impediment and just couldnt say 'Kathy'...not so bad now as its fairly popular (of course, spelled normally) I find the difference between North AMerican names and British names interesting...I always…

1. When people say 'pacifically' instead of 'specifically' 2. 'I gave 110%' (ok, not so much grammar as impossible but still winds me up!) 3. the their/there/they're thing

Amen brother. My mother is a 'Rainbow Lettuce Brigade' person most of the time, preaches, tells me I am killing myself eating whatever is the deadly sin food of the day (usually according to Dr Oz/Oprah) and then spectacularly falls off her rainbow wagons and promptly gains back what she has lost and berates herself. A…

Boots No.7 Serum changed my life... I've always had good skin (lucky) but 2 years ago my thyroid packed it in and my skin went awful-blotchy, so dry, lumpy and nothing I tried worked-until I tried the No7 serum. I love it. It makes my skin soft, smooth and glowing.

I'm in the UK and I don't hate Jamie Oliver or what they did to school dinners-in fct, I love the fact that I know my children can go to school and have a healthy meal on days when I am working late so I am assured they have had a hot meal for the day. Personally, one of the reasons why I am limiting my own (and 2…

My 9 year old daughter standing on the new Wii fit and having it say she was overweight. I wanted to sob right then and there-I felt like I was failing my children. Junk food all gone, started running again and getting off my lazy a*se and being a proper Mom to my precious children. I will not fail them.

3 years ago I did the C25k (at 39 years old) having never been a runner before. I really enjoyed it and ended up running a 10k race (slowly) after 6 months of starting it. Sadly, I got poorly 2 years ago and topped running but now that I am better I am going to do it all over again! It's great. Good Luck!

You also should remember that you have lost a LOT of weight around your vital organs making you healthier by far. It may not be visible to yourself (But I think you should take a weekly photo) but the benefits to your wellbeing are immeasurable. Keep up the amazing job you are doing! :flowerforyou:
