I had 50lbs to lose and started my weight loss journey back in January using the Couch to 5K programs. I'm 20lbs down and have had no problems. I dove right in and haven't looked back.

I'm no help because I love my coffee and can't stand the sweetners. So, I allow myself to have 1 or 2 eight ounce cups per day. I make sure that I measure my creamer (2 tsp) and sugar (about 3-4 tsp). Yeah, I know it's high but don't judge me. I've given up soda and a lot of other things but not my coffee.

I have both. I use the HRM for my workouts and wear the fitbit all day. My workout results sync directly to Fitbit via a partner app.
