  • JunesDaughter: Its as simple as Google http://www.teamunify.com/cast/__doc__/Insanity%20Nutrition%20Guide.pdf
  • Its all about scheduling and trying to be creative. When I get home from work at 6pm, its "daddy time" for 45 minutes. This usually only happens 2 days a week and then one day on the weekends in the AM. He knows, I know, and there's no quarrels about it. If that isn't an option I resort to putting the baby in her jumper in…
  • I'd stick with what PP said about alternating ice and heat. I used to get them at the beginning of every bball/cross country season when I was in high school. What exactly are your restrictions? Can you do things with your arms if they don't affect the abdomen too much?
  • Welcome to the site. I'm pretty new as well and also attempting to run my first true (not including high school XC runs) half marathon this year. I can't imagine how you do it all with 4 kids, I just had my first in June! Have any advice?
  • Its hard to find single serving sweets. Might I suggest you stick with your current cookie dough recipes and freeze a portion of the dough? I make a full batch of dough, divide it into fourths, and freeze them individually in plastic wrap. This way, I'm able to make about 6-8 cookies at a time for dessert/snacks. Even…
