  • I started keto on March 5th, I try to stay at 20 a day. So far I've lost 11.5 pounds. Had a few days where I over did it but only a few here and there. I would love an add as well. The hardest part so far is giving up Mountain Dew, talk about being addicted to something!

  • That happened to me a few years back when I lost 65 pounds, except it was my half slip and it was winter time. I was having a smoke break with the CFO of my company and down it went, he calls me "slip" to this day! He told the last week that he can tell I'm losing weight and I better not wear that slip again! LOL

  • I bought some of these a month ago and have yet to try them! My brother-in-law is taking them, a tablespoon with a full glass of water in the mornings, he says they keep him full for several hours. Again, I haven't gotten up the nerve to try them yet, how are you ingesting them?
