My recently updated and now most of the things I add it says "good choice this has lots of vitamin c" or "youre getting close to your sodium limit" or something like that. I keep wanting to yell back and say "yeah, I sweat a lot during workouts so I WILL be eating more sodium, thanks!!" It's kind of annoying.

I love this video. I started out doing this along with the sister video Banish Fat Boost Metabolism video. In fact that is the only video I have done for past two years as far as strength. My average burn according to my heart rate and monitor started at about 450 but as I lost the weight its about 370 calories

I love coffee in yhe mornings. I usually add one creamer packet which is 30 calories and use stevia/truvia sugar which is 0 calories. My total coffee calorie count when I fill my mug from home is about 30 calories even when I add more sugar :) Hope this helps

I got through my "plateau" by weighing everything and not just some of the things and logging EVERYTHING. Turns out my plateau was not a plateau at all. The body is a much better calorie counter than my mfp app if I dont count/weigh everything.

I have noticed that as I lost my weight, my breasts cup size would stay about the same, but the band would get smaller, causing me to wear a "smaller" size.

I can remember last year in May on my birthday I tried to plan ahead calorie - wise. The morning of I hit my first weight goal so I didn't stress as much. I have the FT4 and I love mine. I personally didn't need all of the extras, just the calorie count vs the mfp count. Seems to be working for me. My best friend has the FT7 and she loves hers, but she wanted the extras.

here are a couple of my back photos. The first was taken in July of 2012 and the second was taken in May 2013. It could have happened sooner but I like to eat :) I started at about 183... This pic I was about 149... Aside from cardio, all of my toning came from Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones 3 times a week :)
