Goal :) now on to toning

I've hit my goal once again thanks to mfp and Jillian and after four babies in five years I'm happy to never have to lose baby weight ever again!!!! Lol so thought I would attempt to share my success in hopes of motivating others especially mommys who think they can't do it! Don't really have a before from after this last baby. She was born oct 19, 2014. And I started out at around 160. I'm now 129.

Thank you I own most of hers. My favorites that I do most are ripped in 30 and I've done most of her body revolution but haven't finished yet! I workout usually 6 days a week. But that's because all I do and have time for is the 30 minutes of Jillian! I also try to watch my breads and pastas. I love them but tend to feel bloated and have a harder time losing weight if I eat too often.0 -
