Hi there! I just found out I am pregnant with baby number 4- due in June. I am motivated to try and eat healthier this pregnancy and exercise more. I gained too much weight with my other pregnancies and want to do better this time!

Hi- I had my third baby 7 months ago and have lost over 30 lbs. My goal is to lose another 20 :) I have used this App to lose weight after my first two pregnancies and am back again! Looking for good support. Best wishes everyone!

I believe if you are trying to lose weight while breastfeeding you may need to make sure you are eating enough calories. If you reduce it too far your body may start to hoard the calories making it difficult to lose weight. It also may affect ability to produce milk.

I have been to a sport's medicine Dr... strangely enough it wasn't a sports related injury. I tweaked the muscles in my lower back doing nothing really but the Dr. was great... and the exercise/relaxation techniques they gave me did the trick!

I seem to go over almost daily as well. Nonfat milk, tuna, and beans are excellent sorces of protein!
