  • I will def push myself since I already drink over 8-8oz of water..im pushing for a gallon of water for the week..i will continue to workout 2x a day but push for both 10min over my 60min workout..

  • aaaahhhh 4.4 lbs loss is great!! yess girl the no bread and fried foods help a lot!! you keep up the hard work as well and you wll be where you want to be asap!! i'm soo proud of us!!

  • ^^^ agreed..dont feel bad about losing as quick as you can and when i comes to how you eat, eat how you feel your body should. if you feel like you need to up your calorie intake then do it if not it's okay as long as you feel good about what you're doing is all that matters :))

  • You can do it! I love bread too, and I did the no bread thing for 2 wks and lost 15lbs..rice on the other hand..cant give that over due to the fact that i damn near eat it every other day..good luck!
  • Personally, I've learned not to bc if you think about it, the calories that you consume a day could b 1200, but if you work out and it adds on an extra 300 calories it's almost like, what was the point of working out if you're eating back what you burned??
