And you look great on it! Your post has made me feel a lot better. I usually feel guilty if i don't do the early breakfast thing and forcing food down at regular intervals whether I am hungry or not :(

Reduce your carb, fat, and sodium intake, and increase your protein intake. Also, could you increase your exercise? If you are short of time, maybe workout more strenuously when you do workout. You could also incorporate strength training into your exercise routine.

At 5'7 my goal weight is 140lb. Not sure if that will be the end goal, I will evaluate how I look when I get there.

Hi I am travelling down a similar road. I'm the most I ever weighed and I did not even see it coming. I never imagined I could put on weight like that in quite a short time. I too found my fitness pal via i phone while looking for a calorie counter tool, and it has been really useful so far.
