Oh that's amazing well done! do you eat back your exercise cals or are you netting at 1400-500? i guess everybody's different ive never tried doing more than 1200 just always seem to fall off

Yes i mean avarage for the full seven says ive said the avarange daily intake full the full week is 1100 a day thats minus in my exercise and my TDEE of 1500 a day and 500 on fast days ive added the cals and minus the exercise thanks Joanne ive joined that group

Thank you what I might try is eating 1,500 on the 5 days and exercising around 200-300 off, because I usually loose around 3lbs per week 1,200 calories and exercise its just I was loosings 4lbs per week on VCDL but I want to be on something more suitable but I don’t want my weight loss to slow down too much and the average…

Thats really good, i might just up my calories to around 1500 then, i go to the gym 4 times a week but MFP also knows thatl. I was sticking to 1200 and lost a stone in a month my i constantly thought about food cause i was hungry

If 1,200 cals is that bad for you then why does MFP give me that as my NET Calories? I'd like to eat more as i am always hungry and it's probably why i give up after a month but, i dont see how i can eat more when thats my net, i'm only 5'0

I'm just wondering if I can eat things like weight watchers meals, and fish in sauce/ fishcakes to add my 600 calories up? i used to use weight on eating what i wanted to and just counting calories so i'm sure replacing 2 meals a day with juice plus/ water & fruit i'd still loose?
