Happy early Birthday! :) I will be 50 in May. Don't want to settle with the idea that we gain 5 lbs every year as we get older. Started out 150 lbs and down to 143 lbs. There is no reason to gain 5 lbs a year.. We can do it!!!!:drinker:

I was doing the same thing and thanks to mfp friends They helped me get it right. Yes you are supposed to eat back some of your exercise calories. After 3 months of not eating enough I started to get very tired. After a weekend of resting and eating I feel great now. Just a little info on my experience.

Lots of diet change and working out is the key. My niece is taking the same meds, she 23 yrs old and I helped her get on a green smoothie meal replacement and within 1 month her cholesterol was under control. Lots of greens. It actually taste great..

Wow tough choices we make when we are in love. You will just have to cut your portions in half and work out twice as much. Or talk to him and you guys can make a plan together.

If people were listening in health class they would know what there B.M.I. should be, then we would have more skinny people on earth and less obesity in our world. Next time you here such a thing you should ask them what there B.M.I. is. If they don't know then maybe they will research it and figure out they are over…

Yes ginger is a great source. I add fresh ginger to my morning smoothie and it really quiets my tummy.
