Against. I live in Pittsburgh and the zoo has clear warning signs about lifting children on top of exhibits. The zoo got rid of the exhibit too as if it were the African dog's fault.

I love my Fitbit One, its so small you can hook it onto your pants or your bra or side of your shirt. I was worried I'd lose mine and so far so good. Everyone I know who has a Fitbit loves it. My Fitbit tracks steps and hills of course but I don't think its really accurate when I'm on a bike or elliptical machine.

My sister and I learned the basics of yoga with a video and then I started taking classes. Also, most yoga studios offer private lessons for people who don't want to take a yoga class. I like working one on one with a personal trainer or yoga instructor because you get their 100% attention ... but it is much more costly.

I'm a daily drinker and I've managed to maintain a size 6 for 15 years. You just have to workout more or eat less. Just work it into your lifestyle.

When I started running marathons and half marathons some of the walkers were faster than me and just as fit and healthy. For me I can run 10 miles in an hour and a half and walking 10 miles would take me a lot longer. I don't think they are that high in calories. I eat 1/2 one a few times a week. They are high in fat but not overly caloric.

I do that too but I always have a mental note of what I've eaten. I also don't log all of my exercise because my fitbit keeps track of the calories that I burn.

Totally agree. I was fat my entire life until I finally decided that the pain of being fat was worse than my fear of change and hard work. I was 17 ... now I'm 33 and have maintained a healthy weight since then and I rock a bathing suit!!!

In PA your dog has to be on a leash unless in a dog park where it is clearly stated that dogs are allowed off leash. I had a huge dog attack me, my dog walker, and my 4 small dogs because the owners didn't have their dog on a leash. We sued the owners of the dog without a leash, and it went against the owners work record.…

Start slow ... just like a human would. With a new dog, I run/walk until I can see what kind of shape the dog is in. I go from there. Look at the whole picture ... you said you've been working out hard lately. 500 cals worth of chocolate isn't really that awful. Don't let it ruin your day. And sometimes a short run in light rain is fun :smile:

I don't go near the scale during or around that time on month. I can retain a lot of water and its just makes for a crappy day!

One of my friends would make fun of me for running before work and then hitting the gym at lunch time ... then one day she came and asked me for help and she went from a size 14 to a size 4. It's been awhile since I worked, and my friend is still lean and healthy and kept off all the weight.

I love water but I have a friend who adds a splash of cranberry juice to her water. Sometimes, I'll add a little juice or lemon to my water and it does give it a "flavor". Maybe you should ask your doctor if drinking all that tea is healthy, she/he might have some suggestions.
