Can't work out due to injury
I can't work out due to a knee injury. Surgery next week and 6 weeks of recovery. I've been sticking to 1200 calories a day (down from about 1800). I've been in "maintenance" for 15+ years. Cucumber Melon Smoothie
I made a different smoothie this morning: 1 cup of honeydew handful of strawberries 8 slices of cucumber (peeled) (I added the juice of one green apple from my juicer) I blended all the ingredients together and poured over ice. It is a nice change from my banana, almond milk, protein powder smoothies. Clean & refreshing!
