I have always found Wii Boxing is good to do together and it helps to get aggression out and talk in a 'safe' environment. You will still be in the house and doing something with her and be able to throw a few punches at the same time. My hhusband and I think best with a clear head after our boxing matches.

I can't give up my coffee (we own the local cafe) but for every double espresso that I have, I will have 2 glasses of water to compensate for dehydration.

My biggest challenge is a fused ankle. It limits my excercise options quite a bit. I also have a pin in my leg so kneeing is challengin because I have no feeling in my knee cap. Any suggestions?
