Thanks...I get that IM the one that needs to want it...I allow so many excuses is my biggest problem!! But the make an appointment with myself everyday is a good idea something i could stick to.

So last month my goal was 30 miles and I actually walked 75 so this month my challenge is 90 miles.

So I'm hopeing we are doing this again for September because I did so much better than I thought I was I went over my goal almost 45 miles!!!

I'm not trying to upset anyone it was just an IDEAL MEAL for people to try...I work out on a daily basis and I'm gradually changeing my eating habits I just strated on this new journey so sorry if I offended anyone or upset anyone. I'm guessing I need to word my post better.

I totally agree with you I don't strictly eat only cabbage soup lol...I was just gonna add it to my diet for a few meals. It's not just cabbage either its more of a vegtable soup with mainly cabbage.

Hi my name is Tiffany...I'm married with two little girls, 4 and almost 2, I'm 26 years old 5'3" @ 155 I am working to get down to 120 by my daughters 2nd birthday in October...just kinda need some support to lose all this weight again...please add me we can push each other to the limit :smile:
