    With my new job and the day light getting shorter I am going to do 200 instead of 250 this month, if I pass it fine if not oh well!!!!

    So last month my goal was 30 miles and I actually walked 75 so this month my challenge is 90 miles.

    My goal for September is again 100 miles.

    Just opened the new thread and there are 3 pages of posts already !! Wow, I'm gonna have to work my butt off to keep track of our progress. I'll post the new spreadsheet address asap, I'm still working on it.

    5.4 miles this morning! Planning on doing the distance of one marathon per week, 26.2 miles. Also, I've downloaded the half marathon training app, and I'm starting that. Half marathon this winter/spring. (Hoping to convince my husband that the Key West marathon at the end of January would be a great one :)

    I just finished my first sprint triathlon a few weeks ago. Did good on run, very good on bike and somewhat poorly on swim (new to swimming... had to do a lot back stroke, because my swimming endurance is not very good).

    It was 3 mi cross country, 6 mi bike (small rolling hills), 400M pool swim. Finished in a respectable 1:03:11 (144 out of 402).

    Good luck on training for yours. I started ~ April training for the one in Aug.

    I am going for 150 bike miles. I am working 2 jobs so that's high hopes but we will see. I'll also log my walking in hours, which I do alot of at work.

    I blew past my August goal but with school starting up I'm not sure that I can keep up that pace so I am gonna keep my goal in Sept at 75 :)
  • 2 miles today during my lunch break. I'm SO happy September is here. College football, NFL football, cooler temperatures, lots of excuses to exercise!!
