  • I think I’m on pass day 6 now. I’m exercising every day but as I haven’t been tracking I don’t know my calorie count. It’s difficult when I don’t prepare my own meals but I should at least attempt it. I’m also seeing some bad habits creeping back in. This month is hard but I’m making a promise to myself to track daily no…
  • @MadisonMolly2017 yeah that’s probably it. It’s just so hard this month with all of the outings and try to drink more water. Come to think of it I haven’t been drinking much since the el weather turned. @mshawski Your race pace was better than average so well done 👏 Those dresses will definitely bring on the holiday cheer.…
  • Well done to those who are staying on track during December. This month is challenging to say the least! I’m out of the running but will check in. I’ve already out on 3 lbs and I don’t want to put on any more! I was in such a groove before and now I’m struggling. I remember thinking a few weeks ago when I was still in my…
  • I posted here yesterday and it disappeared 🤷🏻‍♀️ Pass day - this is my 4th. I’ve been struggling since Thanksgiving. Despite the food slip ups I’m still exercising daily. Self care - I make working out a priority. I feel so much better when I workout. I also give myself pedicures regularly so I’m not embarrassed at yoga…
  • ✅✅✅ My calorie budget is based on my bmr; it’s 1,200. I sometimes eat exercise calories. It depends. I find it difficult to lose on anything above 1,200 calories. On 1,200 daily I will lose about 1-2lbs a month which is very slow. It’s also hard sticking to 1,200 calories a day so I do intermittent fasting on a few days a…
  • ✅ exercise - 75 mins yoga but skipped Bodypump. I was crunched for time. ❌ calories - cooking and tasting recipes all day. ❌ tracking - I didn’t unfortunately. Need to make a plan how I get around my cooking days as I would like to do more of them but I can’t be taking little tastes here and there without tracking. 3 pass…
  • ✅ exercise - walking ❌ calories - I stopped tracking once I reached my limit ❌ tracking - I tracked until I didn’t That’s 2 passed days I signed up last year for March and June but didn’t stick to it. This year I’ve been in UAC since August. I have learned a lot in my time with UAC and even though today isn’t a great…
  • @Jana_2020 good topic and great idea with the bike stand! ✅ exercise - body conditioning class ✅ calories - ate at maintenance; did t make very good choices though 😳 ✅ tracking
  • ✅ exercise - barely managed 20 minutes of running on a treadmill before being called to pick up my very unhappy toddler. ✅ calories - maintenance week ✅ tracking - did the best I could as I ate out for lunch and dinner. My husband and I went to see a movie; first time since our son was born, over 2 years ago! It was so…
  • ✅ exercise - 30 mins bodyweiggt program & 60 mins cycling ✅ calories - at maintenance but my macros are off and I feel off. Need to change this ✅ tracking
  • Ugh ❌ calories- over by a few hundred ❌ exercise ✅ tracked
  • @Mrs_Hoffer thanks for this! I’m so happy to finally make the winners circle. I did plan on more maintenance days then in previous months but I still managed to lose a pound. @mshawski love GG, thanks for posting the picks of GG finger puppets 😂 Hope you feel recovered from your run. I was so tired today I nearly went off…
  • Well, I lost about a pound this month but it’s getting to be that time of the month so who knows how much water weight I’m carrying. Because of thanksgiving week’, (last week) and ‘shark week’, (this week) I’ve been keeping it at maintenance calories. This has really helped avoid binges but progress is slow… most…
  • Still in the running for the winners circle 🙌🏼 ✅ exercise - 45mins TRX. At times during class I felt like I was going to be sick 🤢 I don’t know what it is but it also happens to me during bodypump when we’re doing. Floor work/ab work. Any ideas? ✅ calories - well under. I burned so many calories today between class and…
  • I’m still on the path to the winners circle. Just two more days. ✅ exercise - yoga ✅ calories ✅ Tracking
  • I’ve used 3 pass days so far so as I’ve now I still qualify. 🤞 ✅ exercise - 30 minutes easy run ✅ calories - ate below maintenance. Maintenance is my goal at weekends and it’s working out really well for me. Went out for a pub lunch. I ordered chicken pie with mash potato and I only ate the filling, a couple bites of…
  • ✅ exercise - was late to bodypump class as toddler was uncooperative in trying to leave the house, so instead of embarrassing myself in attempting to enter class late I did my own thing for an hour. I’m so much stronger in some areas but in other areas I can see where I haven’t progressed; abductors, I’m looking at you 👀 ✅…
  • This is my 3rd pass day. ✅ exercise - 30 mins fartleck run ❌ calories - it was a lot. There were two pies, one pumpkin and one cherry both homemade so I had them out of curtesy 😉😋 they were so delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness so I felt fine after. ✅ tracking - 350 calories over. Had I pretracked that second…
  • Happy thanksgiving everyone! I’m an American living abroad and this will be the first thanksgiving I’ll be celebrating for quite a few years so I’m super excited!
  • @Mrs_Hoffer I joined. Thanks! ✅ exercise - 75 mins iyengar yoga & 45 mins bodypump ✅ calories - well under ✅ tracking - yes I’ve been low carbing it since Sunday and keeping my calories on the low side to prepare for tomorrow, so my week balances out. I’m getting a jump start by making cranberry sauce this evening and…
  • She lead her post with the average person but it didn't define if it was average male or female. I agree definitely agree that everyone is different and this wouldn't apply to a lot of people. We all have different lifestyles, ages, lean body mass... the list goes on and on. I was just putting across when intuitive eating…
  • 🤣🤣🤣
  • @WhatMeRunning I’m on a similar boat. Everyone’s body is so unique but I am one that doesn’t tolerate sweet foods very well. I’m definitely carb sensitive. My doctor did some tests on me several years ago and said that as my blood sugar was on the low side of normal and it’s likely that having foods that are too high in…
  • I don’t necessarily agree with OP’s comments but she does write this with the AVERAGE PERSON in mind. Maybe the average person’s stats including age and lifestyle should defined? In regards to intuitive eating… hormones have a lot influence so intuitive eating wouldn’t work until hormones are balanced. So maybe it should…
  • I get nervous getting to the airport and at the airport but as soon as I get on the plane and sit down I feel relief. I can just sit and relax and meditate 😌 ✅ exercise - 45 minutes TRX ✅ calories - well under. I’ll need to eat something but I’m not hungry ✅ tracking
  • @enlightenme3 I’m sure that’s not true but you made laugh 😆 @tahm42 its a Tanita BC-731. It’s about 10 years old but still going strong.
  • I was very mischievous in my youth; all harmless fun for a good laugh. Since I’ve been focusing more on self care the past few months I’m noticing glimpses of my playful nature coming back to life. Laughter is definitely one of the pillars of good health. In my book anyway. In addition to laughing more, even though I’ve…
  • @donna25trinity love the post ✅ exercise - ran for 45 minutes ✅ calories ✅ tracked
  • Love your post! I don’t know how people do that! I wish I was like that. I do wonder if they had siblings or if they were only children. I was the last of four and if I wasn’t quick I wouldn’t get and then fear of missing out triggered eating more than I needed.
