Not anymore. I was also diagnosed with PMDD. I changed my birth control and started a low dose of Celexa (anti-depressent) and my PMS symptoms are MUCH more reasonable now.

I have the same problem. If I know I'm thinking about eating something bad I'll usually check the calorie count first before I eat it. Usually seeing the horific numbers makes me think twice. I also find that Hungry Girl, blog and cookbooks, have lots of good things, that look like they would be bad, for low calories. My…

I LOVE Hungry Girl. I subscribe to her blog and have both her cookbooks. They make eating healthy actually fun and easy. I also like the magazine Cooking Light.
