Yes it's a group of teenagers who are always there, I'm in Wiltshire, England. It's generally a nice place to live but this is getting me down. I think I will try to change my route so I can avoid them, I would happily go further if I don't get shouted at.

It's not a gym it's outside. I cycle to my run and the run twice round a park then cycle home.

I need to keep taking the medication but I am concerned about diabetes and other problems associated with being overweight. Apparently there are no alternatives to the drugs I need. Thank you, some really good ideas here. I will give as many as possible a go. Today I manage to avoid the temptations of hight fat/sugar snacks but found I just haven't eaten enough instead. I'm going to make a real effort tomorrow to find enough time for meals.

Thank you so much for all the reassuring replies. You've made me feel so much better about it. I'll keep doing what I am, trying to eat as healthily as possibly for good nutrition with the occasional indulgence too. I gained roughly 35lbs with each of my two previous pregnancies and that's about what I'm heading for now.
