Yep, that's killer too! We do a workout here in my garage sometimes that we call "10-1 ball slam/burpees" You do 10 burpees, 1 ball slam 9 burpees, 2 ball slams 8 burpees, 3 ball slams ....you get the point. Until you are down to 1 burpee, 10 ball slams. Makes me want to puke just thinking about it!

Me too...after doing that challenge! True, there are other ways...less puky kinda ways! But, I like to do different challenges in addition to my workouts and this was one I truly didn't know if I could complete! Not just the 100 burpees on day 100. But just doing burpees day after day after day after day...for 100 days.…

I'm 5'2, 109 pounds. I deadlift 3x5 at 135 pounds, squat 3x5 at 105 pounds, and bench press 3x5 at 95 pounds. I have a weakness with strict press....but for now it's 3X5 at about 55 pounds. Thanks for posting this....I love seeing what other women lift. There are some IMPRESSIVE bench press numbers in here!:wink:

Me and the girl that works out with me in my garage did it as our warm up. I did it in 6:27 and she did it in 10:47. Do you guys time these things? We time everything so three months down the road we can repeat them and see if we get a faster time! =)
