Ive taken it before. Be sure to take is as soon as you wake up in the morning or you wont go to bed! And its like what youve read above. You wont be hungry at all. Just really thirsty.

I'm a little in the same boat. I have never been to AA but I have woken up days where the first thing I think about is fixing a drink. Its a hard road. Everyday is different. Just keep your head up and believe that you can do it!

I cant go in that place without getting that grilled ranch BLT. God it will be the death of me! I need some of your will power!

I've heard it kind of re-boots your system. A lot of people do it for religious reasons. I don't see a reason not to try it. I've been thinking about doing the same.

p.s. I took a two month break between adipex and fastin- I didnt gain any weight back- but I still worked out and had the same diet plan. The pills are designed to get you into a habit of eating the correct proportions etc. After you stop taking them you still have to work to keep off the weight. =)

I usually eat oatmeal with some type of fruit. You should really eat your biggest meal of the day for breakfast- then your second biggest at lunch- and your smallest at dinner time. But I never have enough energy in the morning to make anything that special lol.

oh! I forgot. I took adipex one month - then switched to the pill that is on the shelves at walmart called "Fasting". They work exactly the same as Adpiex without the expensive doctor visit and Rx. I believe they are $25 for a month supply. (hope this helps and good luck!!!!)
