  • You can do this! Just make sure you do it the right way...my 1st lil bit of help will be tell you to watch your sodium (salt) intake...1300mg a day that's it!   • You can do this! Sodium is now even lower not 2,500 mg its going down to 1,300 mg a DAY! Start slowly so you don't get to frustrated and work your way lower.   • I drink water, crystal light or Walmart brand, coffee in the morning & sugar free apple cider, and Diet Rite soda (once in a while) it's 0 everything even sodium I like the white grape and kiwi strawberry!
  • Not sure if its true or not but I heard that its lack of calcium...that when it happens you should work more calcium into your diet! Maybe just try it and see if it works! Good luck!
