168.4 again this week. Same as last week. I posted on the spreadsheet last week, but I don't see my name...(Yes, it was on time too) I just posted my weight today as well, so hoping that it will show up this week.

I think I am one of the people that put in the wrong name for the weigh in....so sorry. I was in such a rush and pissed off that I had gained a pound!!! I have now put my weight in under the correct name. Thanks

Thought that I would step on the scale today just to take a sneek peek....oh crap!!!....up 1 pound!!! I am definately under or right on my cals for the week, so what the heck is going on??? Any suggestions before I raid the chocolate drawer and say ah the hell with it???

This is great!!! Totally a motivator!!! I just scarffed down an amazing chocolate eclair (only half though) so i'm off to work off those cals!!!! IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT THOUGH!!!!!!:bigsmile: A special treat every now and again keeps me on track!!!

For the last two days I've been close to my calorie goal. When I am hungry at night, I go on to the computer and read the recent posts. They seem to distract me from the fridge!!!!

Current Weight - 171 Goal Weight - 140 by June Goal - To complete a mini-triathalon in mid-June Exercise - 4 times a week. This month I am going to try the Wii fit- just to avoid thee January crowds at the gym!!! I will make better food choices and control my portion sizes!!! Water, water, water too!!!

Just getting back into this after 4 months of inactivity.... My 10 year anniversary is in June, so this is a perfect reason to finally lose those pesky pounds!!! I'm in!!!

OMG, I was just thinking the same thing as I scarffed down a SECOND dinner roll...I'm trying to stay out of the kitchen for the rest of the evening!!! I'm a liitle over on my calories for the day now...but I was just soooo hungry!!!

I too have 40 as my big number. Not age... but weeks. I am 37 now, 2 kids, and want to lose 40 pound in 40 weeks in time for my 10 year anniversary!!!
