I am unsure what MFP said I should target but I know to target 1200 calorlies on a non workout day and 1400-1500 on a work out day.

I used to eat fast as well. I need to be careful eating now because I get a wicked belly ache if I eat too much at once!!

I love kettlebell for strength and zumba for cardio! I hear insanity is excellent for a home workout.

Mini goals are to purchase new gym clothes. Larger goal is to purchase a new dress and swimsuit! I would do something like a tatoo when I was single in a heartbeat but now need to keep the reward low key :) You look tiny so 10lbs will be a huge achomplishment! You go girl!

I struggle with the weekends as well for the same reasons. My family doesn't need to lose weight and want to relax on the weekend. We also tend to have a few drinks. I need to resist the temptation!

Excellent! I have friended some of you :) I am in wk8 of a biggest loser contest at work. I'm kicking butt and taking names but I have one person putting up a good fight for first place. Either way I am feeling better and building muscle!

I need to know the calorie burn for Zumba as well! Thanks for asking. I used to get annoyed by the instuctor not calling out moves but I was told that they are supposed to call them out like a step aerobics instructor. My pet peeve is when people are too close to me for no reason what so ever! Get your own space!

Try warm water with fresh lemon juice in the morning and throughout the day with your new way of eating. The lemon juice will act as a natural detox. This was recommended to me by a registered holistic nutritionist :)

I did atkins 5 yrs ago and it was amzaingly sucessful. I did combine it with 4-5 gym workouts per wk though. Follow induction to the max and remember to add in the veggies.
