Don't know if anyone else said this but try egg whites instead of eggs. Way less calories! And they are delicious! I have three a day and it's only 50 calories.

Also saved this recipe and put in the brown sugar in splenda. It is only 10 more calories per serving in case anyone else thought of doing the same. Thanks again :)

These sound delicious! I'm not a big fan of artificial sugar, so I would probably use brown sugar and have these as a "treat". Going to make them tomorrow :)

I'm addicted to coffee-especially Tim Horton's. I used to drink a lot of cream in sugar in it, but now double double which is still over 200 calories, but I think of it as a treat in the morning and evening. Well worth the calories in my mind lol.

I had a baby in November so I'm losing the baby weight still. But since January I have lost 10 lbs. I purchased the treadclimber the beginning of January and have been using it about 4-5 days a week and keeping my calories between 1200-1350 a day.
