Did anyone else catch the Olympic athlete friend part??! I seriously doubt an Olympic athlete eats less than 3,000 cals per day with training!! Come on this girl is making up lies. I agree with everyone... Eating disorder on its way. To the OP u just keep doing your thing, u are on the right track!

I have been following this and congratulations!!! I am still struggling with this as well. Feel like I should be suffering to lose weight. I left WW for mfp. I have always heard if you have 10lbs or less to lose you should never aim for more than 0.5lbs per week. I remember those starving days and don't miss them at all. I love eating more and have soooo much more energy for bigger workouts now! Not to mention the day I increased was the last day I called it a "diet"

I am going to send you an invite to a group And I would post this there as they give awesome advice. I do know some people eat at or over Maintance for a few months to when they get super stuck then after their body knows its safe again they start to slowly cut and lose. Hope the group helps u!

I felt the same way but remember to gain you have to eat above your TDEE. I know u mentioned that your TDEE is 1,600 but does that include workouts? Was that with the 15% deduction? That seems like a low TDEE. So let's say u burn 400 cals a day. That means u have to eat over 2,000 a day to start gaining (my guess is your…

Girl I am still learning myself! But I do think I stopped losing because my net had often been below 1,200 a day. I have been doing intense cardio and underestimating calories burned. Then started getting fatigued so I am still playing with numbers and may even increase to the 0.5 lb loss per week because the last 10lbs…
