I set a little bit of most things I eat aside, so I can eat later or I'll save an extra 150 calories for later. Usually I'll make dinner, and then pack a bit of my portion away or a bit plus extra veggies for later so I can eat something later. Or, slice up cucumber + tomato and snack on that.

I think it depends on what you get. I ususally get miso soup, and "sexy french" which is a roll without rice, and has a cucumber as a wrap, and a spicy tuna that i split with my boyfriend, add cucumber, and use brown rice instead of white.

I just started the first day and I had my dog with me. I had to take her back home after 5 minutes because she was so confused. I think I will look into P25K but she's so little that I think she'll just get super tired fast.

Chivalry is completely OUTRAGEOUS. I'm sorry, but what's wrong with common courtesy for everyone? I take so much pride in being a feminist, and being independent. I agree with what you're saying. And, to the OP, you can be a feminist and still be a stay at home kind of gal.

I have no idea how to post pictures. BUT, i just bought tomatoes, spinach, garlic, apples, oranges, chicken breasts, grits, feta, pepper jack cheese, dill pickles, eggs and wheat bread.

I work out in leggings, and a t shirt. I usually come after work, or in the middle of my day so I'll have at least my eyebrows filled in, and mascara. I leave the gym a sweaty mess and looking terrible, so I don't really try showing up and looking good.

I do have a giant jug of salsa now that I think of it. I don't eat beef or pork so it makes it a bit harder to choose cheaper meats.

I work at a grocery store and get 10% off of our store brand so that helps. I have rice, and pasta. Mine's closed. I'm struggling with bingeing/purging, and alcohol abuse so it's easier for me to keep mine closed. I need to find a balance myself, but be around people who are aiming to be healthy because it helps me stay on track and find a better balance. :]
