  • I love them too! They are my favorite convenience food .Tofu Scramble, the kale pasta, the nlack bean burrito and the curries are my favorites. Right now I'm trying intermittent fasting and the Light meals are a great quick lunch on my fast days since most range from 240 - 269 calories.

  • I have just started and am trying basically the same thing you are. My fast days are Monday and Wednesday. I am going to try to eat 1000- 1200 on non-fast days during the week. Hoping this will give me a bit of a buffer for the weekend.

  • I had it shredded and barbeque flavored ( it was pre-made). I used it in a wrap and the texture was pretty good but I didn't like the sauce used. I'm looking forward to trying it again but prepared a different way. I will be interested to see how others like.

  • I'm into tempeh lately. And tofu scrambles. But I am not sure if they are high in carbs or not. If you enjoy smoothies maybe you can add protein powder.
