Thanks!! I log my food everyday on MyFitnessPal and focus on macros :) I'm also training for a triathlon but honestly most of my weight loss was food related.

Thanks!! I'm 5 ft 5 inches. Health charts say 151 is healthy weight for my height but I'm shooting for 145-146. My bust is a 34H and it adds about 10 pounds of weight. Pretty frustrating at times.
