35 pounds down in 2015

SW: 186.8 lbs (Jan 1, 2015)
CW: 151.0 lbs (Dec 30, 2015)
GW: 145.0 lbs

Current Body fat percentage: 17.88%

So happy to have done so well in 2015. I plan to focus on another 5-6 pounds for 2016 and anything more than that is bonus. I want to focus on toning and endurance as I am training for my first 70.3 distance triathlon.
