I wouldn't worry about the Bmi at all , it says I should be 12 Stone max , I'm 6'1 used to play rugby and keep myself fit and I'm fitter than ppl with a healthy Bmi and I'd never in this world get to 12 stone

I also have really bad knees , what are the issues you have ? If you can lift 6lbs you could use this to get a burn maybe ?

Maybe eat a bit more as that is very low calories , your body needs a certain amount a day to function , could you get Dumbbells and do lots of reps so does not put much strain on your spine

It's defo not a lot , I'm doing 40% carbs and protein 20% fat as I'm doing insanity , Breakfast 3 eggs and 100 grams of salmon with protein shake Mid morning snack , protein flapjack Lunch chicken salad Afternoon snack tuna Dinner meat and some carbs Then recovery shake after working out I don't always hit my goals but…

Yes I been to see a surgeon she is looking at both knees in September as one locks up a lot , I have had 2 knee opearations from playing rugby this is how I got my arthritis , it does ache a bit but I will stretch more times a day Oh I defo don't want a new knee till I need one

One day wont hurt you, enjoy yourself if you are worried say burn a extra bit off each day at the gym

Go and have a good time you cant diet all the time and within a month you will lose it just getting back into a normal rountine

Do you binge cause you are hunger or just casue you like the food i found i binge when im hungover and when i dont eat for a while il binge cause im pretty hunger

I stay at home and rest as it's not fair on other people as you could make them sick also

You could try it and see what happens i hit a brick wall for 2 months and then for 2 weeks i just stopped working out and watching what i eat and then 1 month later on i smashed though the wall and lost 6 lbs

I fit furanaces every day so i do a manual labour all day so its pretty tiring working in the cold as well

BTW you will be able to play sport again i had my acl done in my right knee 12 years ago and my left knee i had my acl and plc done and i play rubgy still
